Chic Tower is a new luxurious residential tower with unique architecture by DAMAC Properties, set to be constructed on the Dubai Canal waterfront in Business Bay. A key feature of this project, aside from the distinctive wave-like contours of the building and design by the jewelry brand de GRISOGONO, is the wellness concept: future residents will find exclusive facilities here to maintain health, youth, and beauty.

Chic Tower is a 42-story skyscraper with a 5-level podium and a ground floor. It will include luxurious studios and 1-2 bedroom apartments with terraces ranging from 430 sq. ft. to 1700 sq. ft. Additionally, the upper floors, 34-41, will house a limited collection of ultra-luxury 3 and 4-bedroom apartments. These premium residences offer exclusive amenities, including an infinity pool, a personal gym, and a projection screen for watching favorite movies and sports events.

The interior design of the apartments, styled with sophistication, has been developed by experts from the renowned fashion house "Cavalli" and the globally famous jewelry brand "de GRISOGONO". Exclusive accessories from these brands, premium furniture, and ultra-premium materials such as natural stone, bronze, brass, and precious wood were used for finishing.

The complex includes a 24/7 concierge service at the level of the world's best five-star hotels. Its services include room cleaning, in-room dining, scheduled taxi bookings, sending items to dry cleaning, coordinating airport transfers, and resolving other household matters.

DAMAC Chic Tower enjoys a strategic location in the primary business center of the emirate – Business Bay. The residential complex overlooks the Oberoi Hotel and adjoins the iconic Opus building. It is situated near Al-Mustaqbal Street, Sheikh Zayed Street, and Burj Khalifa Boulevard.
