Safa Two

Safa Two, the designer residence, is a premium residential complex that represents the second phase of the successful Safa One project. The construction of this residential complex takes place in the prestigious Al Safa area, located in the central part of Dubai. The house is surrounded by Safa Park, stretching over 64 hectares. Thanks to this, residents can live in a luxurious place surrounded by a developed infrastructure of the modern city, amidst a large green park with a view of the canal. The completion of the construction and availability of the house is scheduled for 2026, and the construction work is proceeding according to the schedule.

The development project is carried out by DAMAC Properties, one of the leading developers operating in the UAE luxury real estate market. The complex's design is developed in collaboration with the jewelry brand De Grisogono.

Safa Two is a designer tower, an 83-story structure with futuristic architecture that stands out with its smooth forms and a cladding in pink tones. The building's design gives it a resemblance to a ruby necklace by Fawaz Gruosi, the founder of the De Grisogono brand. Additionally, a large ruby, illuminated by a laser, will adorn the central part of the tower's facade.

The Safa Two residential complex features premium-class apartments with 1-3 bedrooms. The living space ranges from 398 to 1,496 square feet.

The building is constructed using monolithic technology with the application of advanced engineering solutions and developments. The complex will ensure the comfort and complete safety of its residents through high-class technical equipment of communications and low-voltage systems.

Safa Two stands out for its excellent transport accessibility. A number of major highways with excellent transport interchange are located near the complex. This allows residents to conveniently and quickly reach any areas and all iconic landmarks of Dubai.

• Internal infrastructure

  The rich infrastructure of Safa Two includes everything necessary for the comfort, convenience, and well-being of residents. A rooftop area with observation decks will be created on the top of the building. The project features a large infinity pool with a diamond bottom that sparkles at night.   The building will be connected to the Safa One towers by a moving cabin. This will allow combining the infrastructure of both complexes, including numerous commercial and social facilities, such as nurseries, international schools, boutiques, supermarkets, and more.

  The project includes equipping the residential complex with a multi-level security system and video surveillance. Round-the-clock security will be provided for the entire territory.

  Premium-class apartments with 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms ranging from 398 to 1,496 square feet are offered in Safa Two residential complex.
